Teflon tape is made of imported glass fiber woven materials, plain weave or special woven senior glass cloth substrate. Using the technology, unique full immersion, impregnated, coated with imported Teflon (PTFE) resin.

The main performance characteristics of Teflon tape:

1. Can be used under low temperature -196 degree, high temperature 300 degrees, with climate resistance and anti aging;

2. Non stickiness: it is not easy to adhere to any substance. Easy to clean;

3. Chemical corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance, acid alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents;

4. The low friction coefficient (0.05-1) is the best choice for oil free self lubrication.

5. It has high insulation performance (low dielectric constant: 2.6, tangent below 0.0025), anti ultraviolet, antistatic.

6. The stability of size is good (the extension coefficient is less than 5/1000) and the strength is high. It has good mechanical properties.

Application of Teflon tape:

1. Anti sticking lining, gasket, cover and belt; according to the different thickness, for a variety of drying machine conveyor belt, adhesive tape, sealing tape;

2. Plastic products welding, welding sealing welding cloth; plastic film, film, hot sealing film lining;

3. Electrical high insulation: electrical insulation belt base, septum, gasket, liner;

4. Microwave pads, oven chips, food drying.
